Uproxx: "Bayley Is Ready To Cement Her Legacy At The Royal Rumble"
Bayley Is Ready to Cement Her Legacy at the Royal Rumble
After a two-year hiatus, Bayley is back and ready to reclaim her spot atop the WWE women's division. She'll have a chance to do just that at the Royal Rumble on January 27, where she'll be one of 30 women vying for a chance to main event WrestleMania 40.
In a recent interview with Uproxx, Bayley expressed her excitement for the Rumble and her determination to win. She also talked about her past experiences at the event and why she believes this year is different.
"I'm so excited for the Royal Rumble," Bayley said. "I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. I'm coming in with a chip on my shoulder, and I'm ready to prove to everyone that I'm still one of the best in the world."
Bayley has a long history with the Royal Rumble. She made her Rumble debut in 2013 and has competed in the match every year since then. In 2019, she made history by becoming the first woman to enter the Rumble at number one and win the match.
However, Bayley's last appearance at the Rumble was not a happy one. In 2021, she was eliminated from the match early by Bianca Belair, who went on to win the Rumble and main event WrestleMania 37. Bayley was not happy with her elimination and expressed her disappointment on social media.
"I was so disappointed with my elimination from the Royal Rumble last year," Bayley admitted. "I felt like I was robbed of the chance to main event WrestleMania, and I've been thinking about it ever since. This year, I'm not going to let anyone stand in my way."
Bayley believes that this year's Rumble is her chance to redeem herself and cement her legacy as one of the greatest WWE superstars of all time. She is confident that she can win the match and main event WrestleMania 40.
"I know that I can win this match," Bayley said. "I'm the most talented woman in the division, and I'm not going to stop until I prove it. This year, I'm going to main event WrestleMania, and I'm going to do it my way."
